Anna Fraser

For Anna the natural gravitation towards the Moon practices of the Tantra Hatha Yoga System of practises allows her to eliminate stress and excess from her system generated by her high pressured, high end and very unstable creative career.

As a yoga student Anna has practised extensively with teachers who follow the traditional Hatha Tantra Yoga systems of Moon, Sun and Fire practices. After some time she found herself only going to the moon classes, realising that they allowed her to cultivate a calm and solid foundation that brought stability and bliss. After years of reflection, Anna understands the natural gravitation towards these practises, was and still is, a process that allows her to eliminate stress and excess from her system generated by her high pressured, high end and very unstable creative career. As a yoga teacher she likes to be able to share her calming moon influenced personal experiences through yin yoga and the lunar side of vinyasa and hatha flows.

Anna loves the practice of yin yoga so much that she accidentally trained as a yin yoga teacher before even acquiring her 200 YTT training. She went on to complete her foundational studies with teachers from a Jivamukti Vinyasa lineage before training in meditation, tantric meditation practises, lunar arts and further yin yoga training. In the future she would like to study in India and undertake yoga Nidra training.
