Mia Wild
“There is no Yoga without breath. Before there is Asana, before there is flow – there is breath.”
Mia is a 200-hour certified Hatha Vinyasa teacher who prioritises the importance of the breath and alignment. Her classes are planned with intention and meaning, often incorporating Philosophy, Sanskrit, Pranayama, and Subtle Anatomy to offer a deeper understanding of Yoga beyond its physicality.
Mia helps students cultivate an introspective practice and receive the transformative effects of Yoga. She feels a responsibility to share the ancient wisdom of Yoga and adopts an accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed approach to ensure that her classes are welcoming to all.
Mia views teaching yoga as a gift that enriches her own practice and understanding of Yoga.
Mia is infinitely grateful to her teacher Idit Hefer Tamir.
