Jessica Chen
Jessica is a dedicated Iyengar Yoga teacher with a deep respect for the precision and transformative power of the Iyengar method. Her passion for yoga began over 15 years ago when she discovered Iyengar Yoga under the tutelage of Senior Teachers Margaret and Glenn Ceresoli. The emphasis and use of props in the Iyengar method make yoga accessible to all bodies and abilities. Her teaching is marked by clear instructions, hands-on adjustments and a compassionate, grounded presence.
She completed her Teacher Training in 2012 and is committed to ongoing study by attending ongoing retreats and workshops to further her development of yoga.
