Irene malamas
Irene wants to help people find awareness of how they move and interact with the world and find steadiness and ease, both on and off the mat.Irene has been practicing yoga for three decades and teaching since 2021. She believes her practice is the cornerstone of her physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. She teaches students across age groups and varying abilities affording her a broad capacity to modify and adapt practices to individual needs.
