Yin yoga is a practice of long passive holds. It targets our joints, ligaments and bones through the energetic super highways of the body - the Meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the connective tissue of fascia. It offers us the opportunity to find quiet contemplation while immersed in a deep body experience.

Our Ashtanga Program includes three Mysore style classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and a Led Sanskrit class on Saturday.
Mysore classes are group classes where students progress individually with the direct guidance of the teacher.
Led class is a guided group class that is led in Sanskrit and moves through the Ashtanga Primary Series.
